E A Carey’s site is unique in combining an ecommerce (Magento) platform with a fully integrated Wordpress site, so gets the best of both systems. As a specialist online pipe and tobacco business, E A Carey are not authorised to advertise via traditional channels so we built this site to allow them to enter the world of social media marketing. Anything can be shared via Facebook – products, articles or pages.

We built a message board ‘The Salon’ to build an online community of pipe smokers who are able to join the debate via their facebook profiles.

Pipe fans can also check out ‘The Knowledge’ a location map of events, happenings and places of interest world wide for smokers that anyone can contribute to.

To celebrate the new site we refreshed the logo too.

Estate agent Martel Maides required a website that they had full control over. They needed to be able to change and update properties as required, and offer customer tools to make searching and viewing a property online easier.

We redesigned, rewrote and rebuilt their site, as well as integrating it with a third party system, Encore. The site has a full blog and CMS, a newsletter template that can be emailed to subscribers, and full integration with Facebook. Detailed floorplans and bigger and better photographs are fully downloadable as pdfs.

Users are now able to sign up for email alerts customised to their specific property search, save properties to view later, share on Facebook and email to others.

We recently completed a suite of new high end adverts and a 2011 collection catalogue for Catherine Best, international jewellery designer. Our client needed to re-skin their current e-commerce website with the new campaign image, update the home page with 12 key pieces from the new collection, refresh the copy, and make the catalogue available for viewing online, without losing any online sales potential.

OMMG, an independent deposit specialist company based in Guernsey needed a corporate and professional looking site to underpin networking activity undertaken by directors in Guernsey and Scotland. The site acts as an information portal for potential clients and encourages repeat visits through regularly updated market rates and links to Reuters.

A website redesign for established local insurance company, Orion, to cover both their home insurance and healthcare products.

The site provides easy access to information, downloadable application forms, and a contact us form.

We created a website for Gloss, a new art gallery based in Exeter. The site reflects the ethos of Gloss – modern, eclectic and unique.

The website is a content hub for the gallery and displays the latest exhibitions and gallery events. It’s built in Wordpress so the client can update it themselves quickly and easily.

We also trained the client in social media so they can edit and post regular updates online and create a community of fans and followers.

The gallery is not on the high street so we included a Google map and directions.

The site has the flexibility to grow with the gallery to encompass additional services or expansion overseas. SWN also created the branding for gloss.

Loanshop.gg wanted to position the website as a ‘shop’ – a place visitors can go to get almost any sort of loan they want.

SWN built a simple website that features a page for each type of loan – consolidation, wedding, holiday, etc. We also added a ‘slider’ calculator to the homepage in order to encourage the start of visitors’ applying for their loan of choice.

SWN worked closely with Taverham Halll School in order to ensure the website portrayed the professionalism, friendliness and warmth of the school and its staff. The resulting website is full of nature-themed images, which change colour when clicked on, images of the school and children taking part in activities and a blog that has since been used extensively by the school’s staff.

Taverham Hall School were so thrilled with the results, they have since asked SWN to help them with their search engine optimization efforts so the website can reach the top of Google for target keywords.

Visitors can create a shortlist, receive alerts or even find a loan using the funky loan calculator.
