Estate agent Martel Maides required a website that they had full control over. They needed to be able to change and update properties as required, and offer customer tools to make searching and viewing a property online easier.
We redesigned, rewrote and rebuilt their site, as well as integrating it with a third party system, Encore. The site has a full blog and CMS, a newsletter template that can be emailed to subscribers, and full integration with Facebook. Detailed floorplans and bigger and better photographs are fully downloadable as pdfs.
Users are now able to sign up for email alerts customised to their specific property search, save properties to view later, share on Facebook and email to others.
Lastly we added a web cam to show off the amazing views of St Peter Port from the Martel Maides offices!
